Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to develop new business, build strong customer relationships, and grow revenue in the Atlanta market. This role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys face-to-face selling, prospecting, networking, presenting solutions, and managing a territory.
The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying qualified prospects, scheduling appointments, conducting in-person or virtual sales presentations, closing new accounts, and maintaining ongoing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities within an assigned territory.
- Conduct cold calls, email outreach, networking, and in-person visits to generate leads.
- Meet with business owners, managers, or decision-makers to understand their needs.
- Present products, services, or solutions in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow-up communications.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline updates, and customer information in the CRM.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor local market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience managing a local territory is strongly preferred.
- Experience with cold calling, appointment setting, and face-to-face selling is valuable.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent sales experience may be considered in place of a degree.
Travel Requirements
- Local travel throughout the Atlanta metro area is expected.
- Occasional regional travel may be required for client meetings, training, trade shows, or company events.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license where required.
